Job Description
Our client is Europe's leading independent Ophthalmic company, and they have an excellent new opportunity for a Commercial Manager to lead their established and emerging trading partners within pharmacy, optometry, wholesale and online.
You will be experienced having worked in a commercial setting with major chains and will drive co-creation of actionable strategies and the execution of those through compelling commercial plans to ensure the client is the eye health partner of choice with their key customers.
Ophthalmology experience is not essential; attitude and motivation are key as this role offers significant potential for growth, with opportunities to develop into a leadership position.
Working closely with the marketing team to provide strong input to enable robust joint business plans, driving education in the business unit and working with key influencers to meet the needs of the customer, ultimately influencing sales.
The Commercial Manager's role is a key contributor to the overall business, and you will have a dynamic approach in delivering crucial new product launches. Focusing on the dry eye portfolio, including sector leading brands, in addition, managing the growth of the eyelid hygiene portfolio and an exciting range of new products.
