Key Responsibilities

• Recognised MEP Commercial Manager with strong commercial awareness, focusing on profit and cash flow, with experience in Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Manage all key commercial functions, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontractor packages through to final account.
• Apply broad industry experience across multiple sectors to minimise risk and cost while maximising value through detailed analysis of labour, plant, and materials.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience managing MEP packages on large-scale, complex projects.
• Full project lifecycle expertise from pre-contract to post-contract stages, with a strategic mindset and data interpretation skills to guide business decisions.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
