The Role - Commercial Manager

My client is looking to expand their commercial team with the appointment of a Commercial Manager who has a strong understanding of the external envelope.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.

• Preparing and presenting financial reports.

• Having a strong background in facade/external envelope projects.

• Mentoring the commercial team and fostering growth within the department.
