Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Commercial Manager for social housing planned works in the West Midlands. You will lead commercial teams, drive profitability and manage multiple contracts to deliver refurbishment and investment programmes.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, CVR reporting and stakeholder management, with a view to delivering major regeneration projects while maintaining governance and cashflow control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager within Social Housing Planned Works.
• Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Leadership experience with direct reports and developing commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial and financial management capabilities.
• Experience producing CVRs, forecasts and financial performance reports.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Protect and maximise contractual entitlements through effective contract management.
