Job description

This role allows hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week and offers a fantastic benefits package as well as unrivalled job security .

Ideally You must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC), current clearance is not required, but you must be eligible and able to pass the process.

The successful Commercial Manager will possess proven skills working with the following:

• Government / MOD / FM and Contracting and end-to-end procurement experience
• Strong understanding of Public Procurement Directives / Procurement Law
• Experience drafting and delivering commercial strategies
• Background in delivering significant FM both hard and soft across a large area with long term cycles
• Familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier communication skills
• Ability to drive delivery against time, cost and quality expectations
• Previous experience as a commercial manager with 4+ reports across the FM team
• experience in working on long term partnership with government Procurement departments

Desirable:

• Degree qualified Commercial manager or equivalent qualification
• Live in a commutable distance of Tidworh
