Commercial Lead - Tier 1 Main Contractor

Location: Exeter

The Company

Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who deliver outstanding, landmark, career-defining projects. Ranging from £50m to £300m+, projects include residential new build, mixed-use developments, hospitals, and university buildings. The company has a solid reputation as part of an international construction group and has an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.

The Project

Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is £250m+ with a 3-year programme plus PCSA stage. The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise, and 1 refurbishment of an existing building.

The Candidate

My client builds their market-leading success upon the foundations of their motivated and driven staff who genuinely have the passion to deliver excellence in their work.

1. As a Commercial Lead, they are seeking a Senior Manager (maybe at Commercial Manager or Deputy Commercial Director Level) with a proven track record of delivering a £200m+ project.
2. Ideally this will be in residential or student accommodation, but this is not essential.
3. You will be responsible for ensuring optimum commercial return and commercial management of all aspects of this large-scale project.
4. You will take ownership for maximising commercial results whilst simultaneously meeting client expectations.
