Commercial Lead - Tier 1 Main Contractor

The Company

Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who deliver outstanding, landmark, career defining projects.

Ranging from 50m to 300m+, projects include residential new build, mixed use developments, hospitals, and university buildings.

The company has a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and has an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.

The Project

Student Accommodation Project. The contract value is 250m+ with a 3 year programme plus PCSA stage.

The project spans seven buildings including 4 new build high rise, 2 new build low rise and 1 refurbishment of an existing building.

The Candidate

My client builds their market-leading success upon the foundations of their motivated and driven staff who genuinely have the passion to deliver excellence in their work.

• As a Commercial Lead, they are seeking a Senior Manager (maybe at Commercial Manager or Deputy Commercial Director Level) with a proven track record of delivering a 200m+ project.
• Ideally this will be in residential or student accommodation, but this is not essential.
• You will be responsible for ensuring optimum commercial return and commercial management of all aspects of this large-scale project.
• You will take ownership for maximizing commercial results whilst simultaneously meeting client expectations.
