This is a senior leadership position where commercial acumen meets creative flair. Responsibilities
  • Owning all things commercial - from identifying and developing new revenue streams, to refining account servicing models and leading new business operations.
  • Shape and execute growth strategies, ensuring the agency capitalises on market opportunities within fintech, investment, and insurance.
  • Oversee and inspire the sales team, ensuring a structured approach to client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
