Senior Commercial Manager (MCIPS) - Hard Facilities Management/Construction/NEC

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: Up to £750 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: Starting ASAP for 6 months

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of complex and high-value works procurements, including construction, hard facilities management, building refurbishment, maintenance, and security. You will act as a trusted business partner and advisor to various business units and projects.

The projects involve high-profile, heritage buildings across the organization, operating in a politically sensitive and high-profile environment. You will lead the commercial aspects of complex construction projects, refurbishments, and maintenance, with significant operational autonomy and accountability.
