Job Description
A well-established and design-led property development and construction company is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Manager to join its growing team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who can lead the commercial function across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments.
You'll be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion. This includes cost planning, procurement, contract management, commercial management, and financial reporting - working alongside the operational delivery team, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have a large degree of autonomy and responsibility to take ownership and manage the commercial side of the business.
There are currently multiple projects ongoing (at various stages) across the Northwest, with live sites now being spread into different parts of the UK. There could be some travel to these sites at times, to ensure commercial efficiencies and to collaborate with the site teams.
