Job Description

This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ

As a Beauty Commercial Manager at Frasers Group, you will drive the commercial performance of beauty products across all stores, ensuring effective forecasting, inventory management, pricing strategies, and product enrichment. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence, operational efficiency, and meeting customer needs through seamless stock management and strategic planning.

• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts at Brand/Store level to optimize sales performance
• Manage top-level forecasting and stock position to align with business objectives and market trends
• Serve as the main contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and operational coordination
• Oversee product budgeting & seasonality reviews
• Manage discontinued lines to minimize wastage and maximize profitability
• Challenge current stock replenishment processes collaboratively with the Commercial analytics team
• Execute mark-offs for discontinued or excess stock, maintaining inventory accuracy
• Coordinate stock pushes for key events and promotional periods
• Process stock requests at brand and store levels to support operations and customer needs
• Oversee order book activity to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Set and evaluate pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and customer expectations, with regular analysis and suggestions
• Ensure product data accuracy and enrichment across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product descriptions, imagery, and presentation

• Proven experience in commercial management, ideally within the beauty or retail industry
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
