We have a new vacancy for an Associate Director level Commercial Manager to lead the Design Joint Venture Commercial Team on a new HS2 Project.
You will lead and be responsible for all commercial aspects of the business, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You will manage commercial risk and communicate this across stakeholders, ensuring governance and reporting processes are in place to mitigate it.
This role involves working with JV partners to align and manage a commercial and cost management team, responsible for upstream and downstream deliverables, and client and stakeholder interface.
Primary location: 3 - 4 days in London offices, with occasional travel to Birmingham.
