Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting for Assistant Commercial Manager roles across London. These hybrid positions involve day-to-day post-contract commercial management of live contracts in infrastructure, FM, and engineering sectors.

Candidates with strong Excel skills and experience in contract management, procurement, and commercial reporting are encouraged to apply. Rail or public-sector exposure is a plus, with a 3-month contract and potential extension.

Formación

• Experience in post-contract commercial activities with live contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documentation and requirements.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities for financial tracking.
• Proven track record of handling commercial queries and reporting.
• Comfortable working with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the commercial management of multiple live contracts.
• Review and monitor payment applications and supplier submissions.
• Assist with payment notices and maintain commercial records.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and track budgets.
• Prepare commercial reports, updates and meeting minutes.
• Respond to commercial and contractual queries and interpret scope.
