Assured Safety Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established UK charity dedicated to supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this vital role, you will provide commercial and contractual expertise across the organisation, supporting bids, managing contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance, and enabling effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and service level agreements.
2. Support bid development processes and contribute to business case writing.
3. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations.
4. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to provide commercial advice and risk assessment.
5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot contractual issues as they arise.
6. Prepare clear, concise reports and contribute to internal governance and reporting processes.
7. Attend meetings with subcontractors, funders, and service providers, representing the charity's commercial interests.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in commercial contract management, preferably within the charity or public sector (although sector experience is not essential).
2. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and compliance.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Ability to write compelling business cases and deliver clear, actionable reports.
5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across functions under tight deadlines.
