As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning management of standard projects from inception, tendering to, negotiating and agreeing contracts, and then commercial delivering projects often worth many millions of pounds:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage pricing strategies and margin analysis to optimize revenue.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with key clients and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve performance targets.
  • Over see manufacturing operations and navigate a number of departments
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align commercial and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a commercial management role within the manufacturing / Production sector.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
