Are you a commercially astute leader with a passion for delivering excellence in the built environment? We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Midlands team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Planned, Decarbonisation, and High-Rise works.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Manager, you'll lead all commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring robust governance, profitability, and performance. You'll:
  • Drive financial outcomes across turnover, profit, cash flow, and rebate targets.
  • Lead tender strategies and project business plans.
  • Manage commercial reporting, risk, and contract compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in commercial management within social housing, construction, or maintenance sectors.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across varied contract types and durations.
  • Ideally, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
