Commercial Manager

Location: Liverpool / Warrington

Work Arrangement: 3 Days in office / 2 days WFH.

This is an incredible opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a market-leading consumer goods business.

I'm on the lookout for a proven commercial leader with a strong background in setting and implementing sales strategies. This is a very strategy-first role!

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience in selling healthcare products into businesses.

You will be immediately tasked with:

1. Delivering growth and mapping out new opportunities.
2. Working with customers and distributors to set clear pricing plans & structures.
3. Setting mid/long-term sustainable growth strategies for the next 5+ years.

We're looking for someone who is extremely commercially minded, with a good track record of driving business growth & change through leadership.

You will require a proven history of driving revenue via distributors & direct customer relationships.
