What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Veolia Energy & Water Northern Business Unit commercially
• Managing contracts, bids, and related processes
• Identifying risks, liabilities, and commitments in contractual agreements
• Supporting operational teams to recognize and mitigate risks
• Developing innovative solutions to commercial challenges
• Estimating and implementing effective cost and value controls
• Collaborating with procurement to structure supply chain contracts
• Recognizing and developing new business opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and statutory regulations
• Providing management reports to senior leadership

What are we looking for?

• Ability to manage multiple contracts, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships
• Experience in projects/operations and contract management, preferably in energy and water sectors
• Experience with main contractors in relevant sectors
• Good business acumen and knowledge of contract types
• Relevant degree or experience in commercial/contract management, quantity surveying, or engineering
