A healthcare innovation firm is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead business development, manage contracts, and oversee commercial activities. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to finance or business and strong experience in commercial contracting, with a focus on communication and analytical skills. The role is predominantly remote with some hybrid requirements, and the salary is circa £55,000.

Contract Terms:Full-time, 2-year fixed termon KSS AHSN Ltd Terms (trading as Health Innovation KSS)
Base: KSS AHSNs primary place of business is The Beehive, located in Gatwick/Crawley, West Sussex. We have further satellite / hot-desking arrangements at sites located in Guildford. Contractually, your normal place of work will be Health Innovation KSS’s primary place of business.
Location: The role is predominately remote, although Health Innovation KSS work on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate is expected to be based in, or be able to attend meetings in the Kent, Surrey, Sussex geography.

Role Overview
This is a new role in the Company that has arisen due to the Company’s growth and success in winning new contracts. The Commercial Manager plays a central role in developing and contracting new business opportunities that align with the strategic goals of the organisation. This dual-function role encompasses both commercial oversight and contractual development, ensuring effective opportunity conversion, legal contracting, reporting, and cross functional collaboration.
