Job summary

MorePeople is working with a growing fresh produce business to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join its commercial team. This is a customer facing role responsible for key accounts, category development, commercial growth, buying and selling.

You will manage and develop key retail customer relationships, drive sales, margin and category growth, develop category plans, forecast, pricing and account performance, and monitor market trends.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience within fresh produce.
• Strong customer and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of sales, margin and category management.
• Commercially driven and confident in front of customers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
