This role involves managing construction contracts, collaborating across teams, and ensuring optimal supplier performance. Candidates should have experience in contract management, negotiation skills, and a degree or chartered qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and excellent benefits to contribute towards a sustainable energy future.

Flexibility to be on site when needed is essential.
Closing date: Tuesday 2nd September 2025
At Sizewell C. We're building one of the UK's most important infrastructure projects—delivering clean, reliable nuclear energy to six million homes, cutting nine million tonnes of CO2 emissions annually, and creating thousands of skilled jobs.
As a Commercial Manager, you'll be at the heart of this mission—helping Britain reach Net Zero and shaping the future of energy.
Join our Supply Chain team and lead the commercial management of our Design, Engineering, and Construction contracts. You'll collaborate with Programme Delivery, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to ensure contracts deliver on cost, quality, and time.
Sizewell C Limited (Sizewell C) is a nuclear site licensed company responsible for designing, financing, constructing, commissioning, operating, maintaining, and eventually decommissioning the nuclear power plant at Sizewell C in Suffolk. Formerly under the majority ownership of the EDF Group, it is now majority owned by HM Government and operates as an independent company. EDF remains a key shareholder, maintaining close links as part of its 'nuclear family'.
As a Sizewell C employee, you may see communications from EDF colleagues or logos on portals and documentation, due to our partnership with EDF for support services during our transition out of the EDF group.
You'll be part of a team tackling climate change head-on, in a culture that values inclusion, innovation, and doing the right thing by each other. Join us to help shape the UK's energy future and contribute to one of Europe's largest construction projects. With government support and public backing, now is an ideal time to join.
