Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager in Kent with hybrid working. You will manage key retail relationships, support negotiations, and analyse data to drive category growth.

You’ll partner with Supply Chain on forecasting and in-store execution, influencing pricing and product strategy. This role offers a clear path toward Senior Commercial Manager as you develop with a fast-growing FMCG business.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Sales, Account Management or Category Management.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships and working with senior stakeholders.

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join a fast growing FMCG business, supporting the growth of key retail customers and an exciting product category.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded FMCG professional who is ready to take the next step. You'll work closely with an experienced commercial leader, gaining broad exposure across customer management, commercial planning and category growth, with an opportunity to progress into a Senior Commercial Manager role over time.
