A telecom network provider is seeking a Commercial Manager to manage gross margins and develop pricing strategies for their core products. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. As Commercial Manager at AllPoints Fibre Networks, you will be responsible for managing the gross margin of at least one of APFN’s core products (FTTP, Ethernet, SOGEA) as well as value-added services. This involves ownership of:
You will understand the products and propositions built by our Product Team and leverage input pricing from our suppliers. As the owner of product gross margin, you will generate business cases for APFN’s products, collaborating with the Products & Proposition and Sales teams.
You will work closely with our Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, Networks, Finance, and Procurement teams to create and monitor market-leading commercial propositions.
APFN is a young organization; therefore, continuous improvement and good governance in commercial processes and tools are fundamental to your role.

You will possess strong financial and commercial acumen with practical experience. Excellent communication skills will enable you to articulate effectively to both financial and non-financial colleagues. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is essential for developing financial tools, cost models, and supporting business assessments.
