Job summary

First Military Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to support a major programme in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience across Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain, ideally within Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector or complex manufacturing.

The role involves leading commercial strategy, senior stakeholder management and supplier relationships, with manufacturing/GMP experience and a proven ability to operate within regulated frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years within Commercial / Procurement / Supply Chain.
• Commercial strategy and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Manufacturing / GMP experience.
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
• MCIPS and/or SAP knowledge is advantageous.
