Job Title: Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join a rapidly growing digital brand management company, serving renowned household names. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of client relationships and will develop a portfolio of customers.

You will collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement business solutions aligned with the commercial strategy and will devise operational strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Scope of Responsibilities
  1. Translate strategic business objectives into detailed commercial plans to satisfy customer needs.
  2. Monitor and drive the achievement of commercial performance targets in line with strategic goals.
  3. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the commercial team within your scope.
  4. Prepare and negotiate non-contractual services with support and approval from the Regional Commercial Director.
  5. Stay informed about new technologies and processes that could offer commercial advantages and improve operational productivity.
  6. Work with other senior and operational managers to ensure smooth implementation of organic business growth.
  7. Prepare annual budgets for the customer portfolio in Europe.
  8. Manage CSR resources, including recruitment, resource allocation, training needs, performance management, and recognition.
  9. Collaborate with functional managers to facilitate training, auditing, and quality strategies.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess strong organizational, planning, analytical, and time management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
