Job summary

B&Q Peterborough is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on driving profitable sales, stock excellence, and customer-focused retail execution. The role sits on site at the Peterborough store, with a permanent contract and a 36.75-hour week structure.

In this position you will drive core trading floor performance, manage stock and promotions, and foster a culture of accountability and customer-centric decision-making across departments and overnight changes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team to deliver sales growth.

A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Commercial Manager is to create a truly inclusive, high performing team to drive profitable sales through great retail and stock excellence standards.
