COMMERCIAL MANAGER - FIT OUT - PETERBOROUGH

A rapidly growing fit out contractor are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Commercial Manager will be reporting into the Operations Director working on multiple fast track fit out projects across the UK with genuine progression in the role to progress into a Commercial Manager and even Directorship. The ideal Commercial Manager/ Quantity Surveyor candidate will have fit out experience.

  • Preparing and placing subcontract orders and valuing subcontract accounts
  • Preparing and updating external monthly valuations and final account forecasts
  • Monthly cost-value reconciliation reports
  • Preparation and submission of final accounts
  • Agreement and certification of sub-contractors interim valuations and final accounts
  • Manage and value variations
  • Completion and submission of PQQs
  • Maintain sub-contract database
  • Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare costing documents
  • Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt
  • Complete tender documents for submission and follow-up
  • Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre-tender and post contract matters
  • Preparation and submission of interim valuations
