Omega Red Group is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and optimise the commercial performance of two key business streams: our major projects contracting division and our recurring revenue compliance services business.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands‑on commercial leadership. You'll play a key part in protecting profitability, managing commercial risk, strengthening client relationships, and helping drive the next phase of business growth. You'll provide commercial leadership across:
Delivering large-scale installation projects under NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
Supporting compliance‑led services including Power Earthing, Lightning Protection, and Height Safety, with a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and long‑term value.
