I am currently looking for a Commercial Manager to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor in a role which offers hybrid working and overseeing projects within a brand new AMP 8 framework. This role provides continuity and resources for years to come, which could be key to progression. The position will be based between Lincoln and Norfolk areas, allowing you to develop and manage a commercial team.

What will you be responsible for?

• Leadership of the commercial function of respected projects and the commercial team
• Implementing commercial strategy to deliver successful outcomes, including budget and risk management
• Maintaining a collaborative environment aligned with IOS vision
• Ensuring appropriate commercial resourcing, capacity, and capability against work volume demands
• Supporting and being accountable to the Framework Manager for delivery of commercial targets with a robust monthly review process

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience managing civils projects, with water projects highly preferred
• Experience managing a team of quantity surveyors
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, with Chartership status highly preferred
• Previous experience working at a high level with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Extensive NEC experience
• Currently a Managing QS with 4/5 years of experience or an established Commercial Manager
