The Opportunity

Were hiring aCommercial Manager (Lifecycle Interface)to oversee three high-profile hospital PFI contracts across Manchester, Roehampton, and Romford. This is a pivotal role where youll lead the commercial strategy tied to lifecycle works, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure value, compliance, and risk mitigation across complex contract environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial activities tied to lifecycle obligations on 3 hospital PFI contracts
  • Act as the key interface between Project Co, the Hard FM contractor, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive risk management, contract compliance, and issue resolution
  • Lead commercial responses related to asset failure, unavailability, or performance deductions
  • Develop and implement commercial processes to improve lifecycle efficiency and governance
  • Support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contractual negotiations

  • Proven experience in a commercial role within PFI or social infrastructure (e.g., healthcare, education)
  • Strong understanding of complex interface agreements and subcontractor dynamics
  • Skilled in contract interpretation, claims management, and commercial negotiation
