As we continue to grow and evolve in a competitive healthcare landscape, we are seeking a commercially astute and skilled Commercial Manager to oversee our private medical insurer (PMI) agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and commercial contracts.

The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will:
• Build excellent working relationships across our PMI network.
• Lead the negotiation, renewal, and optimisation of PMI contracts.
• Oversee the commercial elements of SLAs and third-party contracts.
• Ensure all agreements are compliant, deliver value, and support strategic growth.
• Develop and maintain a commercial performance dashboard to track key KPIs.
• Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to senior leadership.

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of commercial operations in healthcare or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value contracts.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.

• Advanced Excel and business analytics skills.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.
