Job description

One of London's most vital transport operations are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their expanding Property Asset Management team in London.

  • 12-month contract (ASAP start)
  • London (2/3 days onsite)
  • Up to £450 p/day (Umbrella)

As a Commercial Manager, you'll support the delivery of property-related portfolios by leading low-value procurements, managing NEC contracts, and ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing NEC contracts, from procurement through to contractor performance
  • Running and overseeing low-value procurements in line with updated procurement legislation
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless commercial operations
  • Maintaining procurement records and workflows, ideally using SAP
