What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Signature Commercial Manager to oversee and manage contracts after execution. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and relationships with stakeholders are maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong contract lifecycle management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive compliance and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Compliance & Governance

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.

  • Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Develop and implement post-signature contract management policies and best practices.

Performance & Risk Management

  • Track key contract deliverables, obligations, and milestones.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contract risks.

  • Ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.

  • Work with internal teams to resolve contract disputes or performance issues.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.

  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract adherence.

  • Facilitate contract review meetings with customer, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Technology & Reporting

  • Utilize contract management software for tracking and analytics.

  • Generate regular reports on contract performance, risks, and compliance status.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Experienced in contract management, procurement, legal, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

  • Experience working with legal, delivery and compliance teams.
