Commercial Manager

A well-known construction business based in Central London is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their growing team.

This dynamic and progressive organisation has maintained its status within the industry and is looking for a Commercial Manager to strengthen their team.

This company works in a number of sectors, including traditional construction and refurbishment work, mainly in the Commercial and Residential (Public and Private) sectors.

The successful Commercial Manager will be joining an organisation that places a high value on its staff and offers flexible working solutions to ensure a work/life balance.

About the role:

The successful Commercial Manager will work in the core areas of the business, particularly:

• Budget control
• Agreement of target costs
• Risk analysis
• Monthly reporting
• Option proposals
• Auditing and final accounts

The successful Commercial Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.

You will be based in London, although working from home when not attending site or meetings is an option.

About the requirements:

• The successful Commercial Manager needs to have a strong understanding of the Commercial role.
• Exceptional client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
• A good technical knowledge and experience within Commercial Management.

Salary:

• Up to 95,000 (DOE)
