Role Description

Revenue Growth Manager - Liverpool

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Liverpool City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a commercial function, especially within food & beverage or retail. This role is key to maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement strategies to achieve revenue, profit (NM%, NM per case, EBITDA), and market share objectives within budget by identifying and prioritizing actions to improve financial performance.
  2. Align RGM plans with broader CS&P strategy, ensuring internal consistency and external execution while optimizing ROI against KPIs (Budget, Forecast).
  3. Define and agree on strategies and guidelines for Customer Own Brand negotiations, considering the competitive environment, range, and internal profit targets.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, category, site, and buying to maximize profitability from branded sales.
  5. Develop and lead category management strategies, including pricing, promotion, and pack mix for all UK brands, and oversee their implementation.
  6. Contribute to the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process with insights into demand, supply, and stock management.
  7. Act as a consultative partner, providing category insights to support business strategy.
Role Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of RGM, Commercial, Finance, or Buying experience, preferably in FMCG, with a proven results record.
  2. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt styles as needed.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  5. Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  7. Willingness to travel within the UK.
