Our client is looking for an experienced commercial professionalwithin an hour commute of theirLichfield Office who can carry out a turnkey commercial role as a member of a team taking a fast-track retail or leisure fit out project from estimating stage through /sub-con procurement/cost management to final account settlement effectively taking total financial control of the project.

Their client base includes:- Apple, B&Q, Co-op, Centre Parcs, H&M, John Lewis, Newmedica, Screwfix, Starbucks, TK Maxx & VUE Cinema

The successful candidate must have similar experience within the fit-out arena as the role is not suitable for main stream QSs more used to working in housing, civils, large scale construction etc

Salary Range:Dependant on experience and profile £50K-£67K

After 12 months MHD health Insurance worth circa £2K

After 12 months they will be become a member of the Employee Ownership which comes with tax free bonus on a sliding scale based on salary/service Phone/laptop etc

Remote/Flexible Working No WFH unless under exceptional circumstances, on average office 3 days/2 days a week, varies with workload
