Commercial Manager - South West London | £95,000 - £100,000 + Package & Bonus

Our client is a nationally recognised property developer, delivering a diverse portfolio of new build residential, commercial, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), housing and mixed-use projects across the UK.

They\'re now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team, based in their office in Leatherhead, Surrey.

This role will involve leading the commercial function across multiple housing schemes in Surrey (traditional build / timber frame), ensuring cost efficiency from inception through to completion. You\'ll be responsible for cost planning, procurement strategy, budget management, and overseing the commercial performance of developments in line business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed cost plans and project budgets that align with investment team requirements.
• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates, procurement schedules, and project cash flows.
• Managing commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the delivery of housing developments, ideally gained within a reputable tier one developer.

In return, our client is paying a salary between £95k - £100k + full package & bonus
