We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Council's Community & Environmental team, based at our offices in Kidderminster.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence significant financial and business experience, coupled with a track record of generating revenue through a wide range of commercial income streams, with experience in enhancing the customer journey through digital development.
Together with possessing strong commercial acumen, financial and project management skills, you will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both inside and outside of the Council. The post will work predominantly within the Community & Environment Section of the Council's front-line operational services team but will also liaise and link up with commercial activities on a wider basis across the Council to support corporate business objectives.
This post forms part of the section’s senior management team and therefore you will need to demonstrate your ability to lead, deal with conflict, motivate individuals and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to implement change. Naturally, you will work well under pressure and possess high levels of self-motivation, and personal organisation, with a strong desire to deliver results.
