Kier Group plc is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on the Sizewell C Major Civils Framework in Suffolk. You will provide contract expertise, governance and strong leadership across framework activities, ensuring robust controls and clear reporting.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, together with proven experience in complex civil projects, NEC contracts, cost reporting and stakeholder engagement.
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Sizewell C Major Civils Framework team based in Suffolk., Location: Suffolk / Sizewell CHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Kier has been appointed as a delivery partner on the Sizewell C Major Civils Framework, supporting one of the UK's most strategically important low-carbon energy programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial function across framework activities, providing visible leadership, contract expertise and commercial governance. You'll work within a collaborative environment on nationally significant nuclear infrastructure, major roads and complex civils delivery, helping to establish commercial controls and contractual arrangements for current and future projects.
You hold a degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
