Commercial Manager - Civil Engineering

Join a reputable Civil Engineering contractor based in Hemel Hempstead, specializing in groundworks, civil engineering, and formwork. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload efficiently within a well-established team
• Oversee projects across commercial and residential sectors
• Ensure high-quality client relationships through professional interpersonal skills
• Occasional site visits

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the Civil Engineering sector
• Previous experience in groundworks and house builder developments is advantageous
• Knowledge of NEC, JCT, and ad hoc contracts
• Experience with take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering quality work
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Excellent social and communication skills
