The Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Lead in managing and negotiating complex third-party agreements across a major infrastructure programme. The role requires strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills, with responsibility for supporting negotiations, mitigating commercial risk, and ensuring agreements are aligned with programme objectives, governance requirements and regulatory obligations.
