A renowned school is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee external services and develop new lettings opportunities. The position requires strong financial skills and is aimed at enhancing the school's ability to provide quality services. Candidates should be flexible, organized, and have a passion for contributing to the school's impactful community.
The successful candidate will have commercial acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrable financial skills including budgeting, financial control, and procurement, plus the ability to work flexibly.

The Commercial Manager will manage and ensure a high-quality service for external lets, including non-term time residential lets, and develop new lettings opportunities where possible. This role will have administrative support.
This is a full-time, full-year position, but part-time could be considered.
