  • Lead project start-up and set commercial strategies.

  • Identify, manage, and eliminate unnecessary costs.
  • Monitor and report on resource utilisation.
  • Produce accurate CVR reports and forecasts.
  • Identify early project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project close-out to contractual and commercial targets.
Job description
About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead all commercial aspects of a major infrastructure scheme in the Birmingham area. This is a senior position with responsibility for a contract turning over in excess of £10m per annum. You will ensure robust financial management, risk control, and delivery of long-term value.

The role requires travel in excess of 5,000 miles per year and comes with either a company car or a car allowance.
