About the Role:

Due to rapid and sustained growth we are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major infrastructure or offshore wind project. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects, ensuring the successful delivery of the project within budget and in compliance with all obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial activities across the project lifecycle.
• Administer and manage contracts, including FIDIC and other standard forms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and project cash flow.
• Drive contract negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Provide regular commercial performance reports to senior management.
• Support Supply Chain and Finance teams in negotiating subcontracts, insurances, bonds, and guarantees.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the employee may be asked to undertake other ad hoc tasks as directed by their supervisor or management. These tasks will align with the employee’s skills, role, and capabilities, and are intended to support the organization’s need for flexibility in meeting changing operational demands. All assignments will take into account the employee’s current workload and professional growth.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Manager on large-scale construction or offshore wind projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk, and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Confident working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience on Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) projects is highly desirable.
