Job summary

Mears Group is recruiting for a Commercial & Business Support Manager to lead the Commercial & Business Support function in South Wales. You will shape the future operating model, drive efficiency, and strengthen controls while supporting service delivery across the organisation.

You will report to the Director of Operations and lead a team to improve cost visibility, manage financial controls, and deliver business assurance activities across facilities management and related services.

• Commercial, financial and business support experience.
• Experience managing business support, commercial, operational or assurance functions.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial controls, expenditure management and business reporting.
