We're recruiting for a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the client team delivering a major residential development in Bristol. Working client-side, you'll oversee and manage the main contractor's commercial performance, ensuring robust cost control, accurate reporting, and value optimisation across all stages of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor main contractor accounts and valuations
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and change management
• Support procurement and contract administration
• Ensure value for money and financial governance for the client
• Collaborate closely with project and design management teams

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in commercial management of large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Previous client-side or PQS experience advantageous
• Excellent contractual knowledge and attention to detail
• Capable of leading commercial strategy from start to completion
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
