Kier Group is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Southern Water AMP8 framework in Falmer, Brighton. You will lead commercial, procurement and financial activities, operating with delegated authority to shape commercial strategy and drive project profitability.
The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree, chartered status, and a track record in main contracting—ideally in water/utilities. You will manage a team, provide board-level reports and optimize cash flow while managing risk.

This is an exciting senior commercial leadership position supporting Kier's strategic partnership with Southern Water for the AMP8 water-cycle programme. You'll have day-to-day responsibility for the commercial, procurement and financial aspects of the programme, working within an agreed delegated level of authority.
