Our client is one of the UK’s leading infrastructure contractors and are currently acting as Principal Contractor as part of an Alliance contract on a major midlands based new infrastructure upgrade.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, this role is key to leading and managing the commercial team delivering a multidisciplinary major project, from inception through to final accounts and close out, and to deliver maximum commercial results.
Working under a hybrid NEC3 Cost Plus Contract with pain share & gain, this multidisciplinary project includes new and regenerated stations and structures, earthworks, utility diversions and associated railway systems.
As a degree qualified Commercial Manager, you will have extensive Tier 1 / Main Contractor experience, with a civils, rail and infrastructure background, and knowledge of streetworks. Key areas of responsibility and accountability include, but are not limited to:
