The Role:

• Be the primary point of contact for over 75 well-established customers across Ireland
• Manage and grow long-term relationships with landlords, shopping centre managers, and property agents
• Take full ownership of contract renewals, proposal preparation, and account growth
• Lead strategic discussions to increase the footprint and revenue performance of the company’s product range
• Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Director, while operating independently on the ground
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activity

The Person:

• Proven experience in managing commercial relationships within retail, property, or entertainment environments
• Strong network and credibility with landlords and agents in the shopping centre space
• Highly confident, authentic, and customer-focused communicator
• Positive, proactive and self-motivated with a track record of owning your patch
• Professional and empathetic – able to replicate the personalised service our client is known for
• Full clean driving licence is essential
