Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Carlisle is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join the finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide accurate financial information, drive operational performance analysis and deliver insights to support business decisions.

In a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to improve profitability, cost control and efficiency, while translating financial data into clear

Qualifications

Experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Excellent communication of financial information to non-financial colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and operational performance information to support business decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control and operational efficiency.
Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams to understand performance and drive improvements.
Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Support the wider finance function with timely management information.
Build strong relationships with site and Group stakeholders, including leadership teams.
Deputise for Head of Finance when required within the Management Accounting function.
